Heartshine Organisation

We believe in the power of creative expression, inner resourcing and self-care practices, offered compassionately in a safe and appropriate setting, to help children and young people bring their nervous systems back into balance, to help them to learn to self-regulate their emotions, and to build resilience.

The outcome of our programmes aims to empower our children with essential coping skills to become active, employable and responsible citizens of our country.     See our Programmes

Tracy Winde – Founder

A degree in Performing Arts birthed a passionate interest in the therapeutic impact of the creative arts and generated further study into inner resourcing techniques.

Coupled with this, her journey as a mother and volunteer worker at a children’s hospice and in end-of-life care, has provided Tracy with well-honed experience of the benefits of these approaches to healing and care.

As a passionate South African Tracy has witnessed first-hand the harsh challenges facing children in under-resourced areas. She is determined to make a meaningful and sustainable impact in her wider community by providing these resources to those most in need of them.
