Nicole is a certified Trauma-Informed Mindfulness-Based Integral Coach, having completed Integral training with The Coaching Centre (Cape Town) and a two-year certificate training in Mindfulness-Based Interventions with the Stellenbosch University Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences. She is a member of the Institute for Mindfulness South Africa (IMISA), an accredited member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and has completed advanced training in Mindful Self- Compassion, Non-Violent Communication, Internal Family Systems & the Leadership Maturity Framework. She is a certified Ubuntu Coach, Enneagram FIVE Lens Practitioner and Mindful Minis (mindfulness for children) facilitator.
Nicole has a passion for supporting people to live from a space of peace and fulfilment. She supports her private clients to make transformative shifts in their lives through mindful insight, clarity, empowerment and the soothing balm of self- compassion. Her current work lies in integrating her previous nationally-successful career in media entertainment, radio and television production and presenting, having acquired a Bachelor of Journalism, with honours in Economics and Journalism (Cum Laude) from Rhodes University, South Africa in 1999. She does this through the facilitation of mental health and wellbeing topics to national and international corporate audiences in collaboration with Mindful Revolution.
She lives with her husband of 15 years and two young children who give her the opportunity to explore her commitment to conscious parenting and to healing inter-generational trauma.
